Most of our items will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and will arrive to you via UPS or Fed Ex or USPS no later than 7-10 business days. Orders must be placed before 1pm est in order to ship same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day. For rings, please allow up to 3 additional business days for sizing.

Shipping to Another Address
In most cases, we require that your order be signed for. If you will not be home to sign for your package, we can ship your items to your place of work, or another convenient location of your choice. As a security precaution and in order to protect you against fraud, we require that larger orders be shipped to your billing address. If you would like your order shipped to a different location, other than your billing address, we need to confirm that your credit card company has this alternative shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simple call your credit card company and provide them with your alternative shipping address. Once your alternative shipping address has been confirmed, we will process your order.

If you find an identical item for less, within 30 days of the time you purchased from us, we will gladly refund you the difference. This policy does not apply to closeout, like-new, used or auction items. We reserve the right to look at the comparable item and confirm that it is indeed the same item. In many cases, items can be made to look similar, but not be identical. Characteristics like metal weight, gemstone type, gemstone cut, gemstone color and gemstone weight will greatly influence the price of an item. Shipping not included.
How to use a Black Bow Gift Certificate
At checkout, enter 'Gift Certificate' for payment method. At the bottom of that same section, enter your gift certificate code (the number issued to you on your certificate). If your purchase exceeds the value of your gift certificate, you will be prompted for another form of payment to cover the remaining balance, this can include another credit card or another gift certificate. If your purchase does not exceed the value of your gift certificate, your remaining balance will remain on your account to use any time you wish. Black Bow gift certificates do not expire. Outstanding gift card balances cannot be refunded and any site sales or discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift certificate since your gift recipient may take advantage of sales and promotions at the time of their purchase. Black Bow Return Policy
Returns and exchanges on all items, except for watches, are gladly accepted if received within 30 days of date of shipment and accompanied by a sales receipt. Watches are subject to a strict 15 day return policy, after that time, damaged or defective watches must be directed to the manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement. More specific details can be located on the warranty card included with each purchase. All returned items must be in new condition and cannot show visible signs of wear or have been altered in anyway. For higher priced items, we highly suggest insuring your package for the full purchase amount. For gift recipients, we will be happy to refund the purchaser upon your request, or you may choose a non-refundable merchandise credit.
