Our Return Policy
We think you'll love everything you order from us, but if you don't, we make returns easy. If you order after November 20th, you have until January 15th of the following year to return your item. If purchasing at other times, returns on all items, except for watches*, are gladly accepted within 30 days of date of shipment and accompanied by a sales receipt. All returned items must be in new condition and cannot show visible signs of wear or have been altered in anyway. For higher priced items, we highly suggest insuring your package for the full purchase amount. For gift recipients, we will be happy to refund the purchaser, or you may choose a merchandise credit.

*Watches are subject to a strict 15 day return policy, after that time, damaged or defective watches must be directed to the manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement. More specific details can be located on the warranty card included with each purchase.
Most of our items will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and will arrive to you via UPS or USPS no later than 7-10 business days. Orders must be placed before 1pm est in order to ship same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Policy and Alternate Addresses
In many cases, we require that your order be shipped to your confirmed credit card billing address and signed for. If you will not be home to sign for your package, would like it sent to a gift recipient or to an alternate address, the best payment option at checkout would be Paypal.
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards for orders up to $2000. In addition, Paypal is also available and required for orders over $2000. If you decide to send in a check or money order, please allow an additional 15 business days for check processing.

If you find an identical item for less, within 30 days of the time you purchased from us, we will gladly refund you the difference. This policy does not apply to closeout, like-new, used or auction items. We reserve the right to look at the comparable item and confirm that it is indeed the same item. In many cases, items can be made to look similar, but not be identical. Characteristics like metal weight, gemstone type, gemstone cut, gemstone color and gemstone weight will greatly influence the price of an item. Shipping not included.
How to use a Black Bow Gift Certificate
At checkout, enter 'Gift Certificate' for payment method. At the bottom of that same section, enter your gift certificate code (the number issued to you on your certificate). If your purchase exceeds the value of your gift certificate, you will be prompted for another form of payment to cover the remaining balance, this can include another credit card or another gift certificate. If your purchase does not exceed the value of your gift certificate, your remaining balance will remain on your account to use any time you wish. Black Bow gift certificates do not expire. Outstanding gift card balances cannot be refunded and any site sales or discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift certificate since your gift recipient may take advantage of sales and promotions at the time of their purchase.
